A leading UK law firm with a strong national footprint is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Partner to join its expanding Bristol office. The Opportunity
You will join a sizeable and well-established corporate practice advising a broad spectrum of clients, including owner-managed businesses, high-growth companies, financial institutions and large corporates. The team handles a wide range of high-quality work including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Private equity transactions and investments
- Fundraising and equity structuring
- Corporate reorganisations and restructuring
- Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
- Corporate governance and advisory matters
The Bristol team is experiencing significant growth and offers a collaborative, supportive environment with strong cross-office integration. You will work alongside highly regarded senior lawyers on complex and high-value transactions while also having the opportunity to take ownership of your own matters.
The Role

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a qualified lawyer with strong corporate experience gained at a reputable firm
- Demonstrate excellent technical knowledge across a range of corporate matters
- Have the ability to run transactions independently with minimal supervision
- Possess strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
- Have a proven track record of meeting financial and performance targets
- Be confident using case management systems and standard IT packages
- Be a proactive, personable team player with strong communication skills
