The Company

• The company are a firm that specialise in intellectual property which includes copyright and trademarks for well-known brands, and patents for inventions.

The Team

The team currently consists of a marketing executive and a BD executive, supported by a marketing intern, and the marketing coordinator will be the fourth member of the team.

The Role

The marketing coordinator can look forward to a broad role with a high level of autonomy. Day to day you will have responsibility for:

• Drafting and proofreading external content including articles, social media posts, webpages and e-newsletters
• Assisting with the visual content for digital and printed materials
• Managing firm wide social media initiatives
• Liaising with and managing the relationship with the firm’s PR agency, SEO agency and digital agency
• Managing the firm’s website content
• Coordinating submissions for various legal and IP directories (eg Chambers and Legal 500)
• Proposing new approaches to marketing activities
• Drafting reports
• Managing targeting lists for e-marketing and event invites

The Requirements
