An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pensions Solicitor to join a growing and ambitious pensions team within a well-established national law firm. The role forms part of a strategic expansion as the firm continues to strengthen its pensions offering and build on an increasingly high-quality client base.

The Role
- Work alongside experienced pensions specialists on a broad range of matters
- Advise on both advisory and transactional pensions work
- Manage matters independently while supporting senior lawyers on complex cases
- Deliver clear, commercially focused advice to clients
- Contribute to business development and client relationship management
Typical work includes:
- Trustee advisory work across occupational pension schemes
- Pensions aspects of corporate transactions
- Public sector pensions matters (including large-scale schemes)
- Regulatory and compliance advice
- Drafting and reviewing scheme documentation
The Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with pensions law experience
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
- Experience managing client relationships and caseloads
- Financial discipline including time recording and billing targets
- Strong IT skills and familiarity with case management systems
- Proactive, collaborative, and personable approach
