Commercial Property Partner | Boutique Firm | Midlands

We're delighted to be working on a confidential basis with a well-regarded, employee-owned boutique law firm, on the appointment of a Commercial Property Partner as part of its continued growth strategy.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established Partner, or a senior lawyer ready to step up into a leadership role, within a firm known for strong client relationships and a genuinely collaborative culture. The firm has built its reputation on direct, reliable advice across property development, business premises, investment property, commercial leasing, planning and infrastructure and some high quality residential work.

• Lead and grow the commercial property practice across a diverse client base
• Advise SME, investor and developer clients on a broad range of high-quality matters
• Play a key role in business development and the firm's wider strategic direction
