We are excited to be representing an entrepreneurial Legal 500 firm with ambitious plans for growth over the next 5 years alongside the opportunity of equity.

This well established commercial property team represent a breadth of high quality SME's and they have an excellent referral network spanning many years across the Midlands. As a result of succession, the firm is seeking a Partner, or a Senior Associate ready for Partnership, with an aptitude for networking and the desire to build a team.

In this varied role you'll have an abundance of senior Partner support and you'll be joining supportive peers who provide a holistic solution to their clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in development work, landlord & tenant and/or real estate finance. The role will suit both lawyers keen to specialise and generalists.
