The Role

You will handle a varied and often complex caseload of professional indemnity matters, acting for insurers and their insured clients in the defence of professional negligence claims.

Alongside managing your own files, you will have an opportunity to take a more strategic role within the team, supporting its continued development and contributing to its growth.

• An interest in mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the development of a team.

• Commercially aware, proactive and keen to play a role in the growth of a practice.

• Knowledge of FCA regulations would be advantageous.

The Opportunity

This is a particularly exciting opportunity for someone who wants more than simply managing a caseload within an established structure.

The firm is in a genuine growth phase, offering the opportunity to take on greater responsibility, develop meaningful client relationships and play an important part in building the team.

For someone with longer-term ambitions, there is also exciting scope for progression. The firm offers a more entrepreneurial and collaborative environment than many larger practices, where progression is not dictated by layers of internal politics but by individual contribution, ability and ambition.
