This is a superb opportunity for a Corporate Legal Director (or Senior Associate) seeking high quality and varied work in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualities:

• Varied corporate M&A and general corporate experience with a well regarded law firm.
• A proactive approach with a high level of comfort interacting with clients at a senior level.
• Previous international deal experience. Experience of energy and/or infrastructure is preferable.
• A pro-active approach with the ability to manage your own case load with light touch supervision.
• A willingness to work as part of a cohesive team and support colleagues.
• A client led approach and the gravitas to gain credibility with international and high profile clients.
