Job Description
Commercial Litigation & Civil Fraud Associate (2–4 PQE)
Location: London
Working Pattern: Hybrid
The Firm
An established London-based disputes-focused law firm is seeking an Associate to join its Commercial Litigation and Civil Fraud practice. The firm advises on complex and often international disputes, acting for a broad client base that includes corporate entities, financial institutions and private clients.
The firm offers a supportive and collaborative working environment, with a structure that prioritises quality of work over volume. Working practices are designed to be sustainable, and the culture is partner-led, collegiate and retention-focused.
The Role
The firm is looking to appoint an Associate at 2–4 years’ PQE to join its Commercial Litigation and Civil Fraud team, which undertakes a wide range of contentious work.
The role will involve supporting senior lawyers on commercial disputes and fraud-related matters, many of which have cross-border or multi-jurisdictional elements. Associates are given meaningful responsibility from an early stage, including client exposure and involvement in strategic decision-making.
The work covers areas such as commercial litigation, civil fraud and asset recovery, interim relief (including injunctions), insolvency-related disputes, directors’ duties and broader litigation strategy across jurisdictions.
Lunaria Partners are advertising this Commercial Litigation & Civil Fraud Associate role on behalf of our client. We aim to respond to all applications; however, due to the volume received, this may not always be possible. If you have not heard from us within seven days, your application has unfortunately been unsuccessful on this occasion.
