The Role: As the Senior Manager of Sustainability you will:

• Advance the firm's sustainability initiatives and ESG strategy.
• Implement and oversee new sustainability processes.
• Lead relationships to improve ESG ratings.
• Drive emissions reduction efforts and explore renewable energy transitions.
• Collaborate with procurement to incentivize supplier emissions reductions.
• Ensure compliance with global and regional reporting requirements.
• Engage with clients on sustainability matters and compile responses.
• Represent the firm at industry events and update stakeholders on progress.

Qualifications:

• At least five years’ experience in ESG/sustainability.
• Strong knowledge of global and EU legislative frameworks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work under pressure.
