The ideal candidate will be an experienced Corporate Lawyer with the following experience:

• a strong grounding in all aspects of corporate law with relevant experience of handling corporate transactions;
• well versed in corporate sales, acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and general corporate advisory work;
• well organised with the ability to manage your own caseload;
• an ability to think clearly and logically and communicate the same orally and in writing;
• the capacity to anticipate problems, use your initiative and recommend solutions;
• a desire to support colleagues and work as part of a cohesive team;
• confidence in free drafting, highly effective research skills and a capacity to keep up to date with legal practice;
• Professional pride and a passion for further personal and professional development.
