Paralegal

An excellent opportunity has arisen at a top tier US firm for a paralegal in the Employment Law team.

The firm are highly ranked in a number of corporate and finance practice areas and are also known for their diverse, friendly and supportive culture.

The Team

You will be joining a small team of three talented lawyers and become an integral member assisting on high profile matters.

The Role

The majority of the work is corporate support and you will work closely with the M&A, competition and IP teams to ensure transactions reach a successful conclusion. Day to day duties may include:

• Due diligence
• Proof reading
• Managing data/deal rooms
• Preparing transaction bibles
• Reviewing contracts
• Document review
• Responding to DSARs
• Preparing bundles

The paralegal role is a 3 month contract to start in July so could be perfect for someone about to finish their LPC or SQE.

The Requirements

Ideally you will have experience in a similar employment paralegal role at a top US or Magic Circle firm.

The role may also suit a future trainee who has an interest in employment law looking for a contract paralegal role.
