We’re working with a well-established and Tier-1 team searching for a capable Associate / Senior Associate – Employment Law to join a bustling employment, pensions and immigration practice. This is a permanent, hybrid role based in London with flexibility around working arrangements.

The Role

This is a varied role involving:

  • Advising on a wide range of employment law issues for corporate and public sector clients
  • Handling contentious matters including tribunal claims and litigation support
  • Supporting on non-contentious projects such as restructures, redundancy and TUPE matters
  • Providing commercial legal advice by phone and in writing to clients
  • Assisting with multi-jurisdictional employment law matters
  • Participating in business development, training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives

The Requirements

  • Strong employment law experience, ideally with exposure to tribunal work and contentious matters
  • Excellent drafting, analytical and client communication skills
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to offer practical, business-focused solutions
  • Confidence managing own workload and engaging directly with clients and stakeholders
  • A strong academic and professional track record; qualified solicitors or equivalent legal qualification preferred

The team advises a diverse client base across sectors including financial services, healthcare and commercial industries, and offers a supportive and collaborative environment coupled with genuine flexible working.
