This is a newly created opportunity for a client focused and hands-on litigator (Associate to Partner level) seeking a well regarded and friendly practice. The firm is ranked in the Legal 500.

In this varied role you will work across a variety of high-value and complex commercial litigation cases in the High Court, including:

• Contract disputes
• Corporate disputes
• Insolvency
• Insurance
• Professional negligence
• Procurement

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and effectively supporting a breadth of cases
• Preparing for trials, including upcoming week-long and multi-week trials
• Delivering high-quality legal advice
• Supporting and developing more junior team members

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience of supporting High Court litigation
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a proven track record of developing/maintaining client relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
