Overview:

Lunaria Partners is currently instructed by a leading global law firm in relation to a mid to senior level Corporate Energy M&A Associate role. This team is growing due to significant new instructions in their Energy & Infrastructure operations. The successful candidate will preferably be England & Wales qualified and will join the team to work on cutting edge transactions in the renewables/decarbonisation space. The successful individual will have an excellent foundation with mergers and acquisitions, as well as ideally joint venture experience.
