Boutique law firm with offices in Mayfair and Essex seek an experienced Litigation Lawyer
Are you an experienced litigation lawyer looking for your next challenge? If so, then we could have the perfect opportunity for you as one of our clients who are a firm of solicitors based in Mayfair and Essex who offer transactional and contentious work for private and business clients are seeking an experienced Lawyer to join them to manage a case load of interesting disputes to be based in their Woodford Green office.
The Firm
The Firm is highly regarded in the area and boast an interesting client base of medium and high net worth individuals, small and medium sized businesses and start ups.
The Team
There are four partners, two senior associates and two trainees in the team. Each member works across disputes, however each have a specialism within this.
The Role
The successful litigation solicitor will work closely with the partner who is a family law specialist and look forward to a varied caseload of relationship breakdown, including divorce for married couples, division of assets, childcare arrangements and maintenance.
Due to the area the firm is based in these often include complex financial arrangements and you will be acting for medium and high net worth individuals.
Alongside this you can also get involved in other areas of civil disputes including property litigation, debt recovery, contractual and shareholder disputes and employment disputes.
You can look forward to managing your own caseload and assisting the partner on the larger and more complex matters.
The Requirements
Due to the level of responsibility and complex caseload you can look forward to it is anticipated you will be between 3-5PQE, although the firm are open to seeing candidates outside of this range.
You may currently specialise in family law and seeking a broader litigation role, or already be in a varied disputes role seeking a new challenge.
Previously candidates have joined from top city law firms seeking a work life balance, or from similar highly regarded regional firms.
